App2Card

Two weeks ago we launched App2Card.com, a service we built to help Mobile App developers build business cards for their apps. Our cards have the shape of a mobile app icons displaying the app icon on the front of the card. On the back we show a QR code that leads directly to the app store. That way we make sure people get to the right place and aren't lost searching for your app in the app store. The QR code is generated with a bit.ly address which give access to stats and can come handy when you want some measure on your promotion. Our service is really easy to use. If your app is an iOS app in the app store you simply have to search for it on app2card.com to get a preview of your cards. We also offer custom cards for mobile apps other than iOS since we received a lot of requests for custom cards after the launch. In custom mode developers can upload their own artwork and specify the url and text to appear on the back of the card. We think our cards are a great way to leave a good impression when promoting an app in conferences or meeting VCs. We are also working on some new features that will help iOS app distribution.
