Leverage your friends to find a job and get a personal referral

There’s three main uses of the site.
1. We provide Social Job Searching, where a candidate can look for jobs where their friends work and seek a personal referral.
2. We provide a Second Level Social Job Search, where if a candidate has a friend registered to bettergrind they can search that friends network of friends – thus getting more results and opportunities for a personal referral.
3. We provide Social Job Sharing, where a friend of a candidate can search their network or friends networks and find a job for someone.

There’s a lot more mixed in there like (Profiles, Messaging, Favorites, etc) but those three are the key features and use cases.

We believe that career help can be a social experience and friends are willing to help. Eventually this will extend beyond just job hunting…that’s our goal.
