Joe Billing Boss is good. I personally use Zoho Invoicing. It's not free but the cost is minimal and I've found it very reliable and I like the features. Mon 28 Dec '09  ·  Flag

We've recently launched our mobile payment solution, and we're super excited about it! This will make it even easier for our customers to collect payment and manage their invoices.

With Payment Boss, you can collect payments while you're on the road using a smartphone. Invoices are automatically created when you collect payments, and are emailed to your clients. And while you're doing all of this, you're automatically creating a database of your customer information which you can export from the invoicing tool. Useful for marketing campaigns, or whenever you need to reference a customer's contact while you're on the road.

Most merchant account statements don't give you much information at all regarding the payments you collected. Payment Boss is completely integrated with Billing Boss so you can track all your transactions - who paid you, what products/service you sold, what amount.

Ansel I have been used Zoho invoice in the past, but then switched to Freshbooks and have been using it since then. Honestly was not very impressed or satisfied with its service. I have signed-up for a free Invoicera account and have been blown away with its service. Soon would be purchasing it for my small accounting firm. Wed 3 Nov '10  ·  Flag
