Radiant is a no-fluff, open source content management system designed for small teams.
Radiant features:

- Simple user management and permissions
Radiant is built using Ruby on Rails. This means it’s easy for developers to extend Radiant because it’s built on a widely accepted (and understood) Web application development platform.
