Enrolled.in is an exclusive social network for students and faculty derived from the founder’s growing dislike of Facebook’s privacy policies and the professor-focused experience of Blackboard. The goal of Enrolled.in is to disrupt the education space by integrating modern social means (which are notoriously known for being banned in classrooms) with the traditional classroom setting as an academic tool. In this respect, professors don’t have authoritarian control over what students post, nor do students have such power over professors. What you post on Enrolled.in is owned and controlled by you.

• Exclusivity & Privacy – Only people with an educational email address from your school can view and post to your school’s network.
• Classmates – Instead of wasting time finding your classmates on Facebook, just make a post to the class discussion page on Enrolled.in.
• Friends – View your friends’ profiles and follow them to see what they’re up to, what classes they’re in, and when they check-in to classes.
