Jobs You’ll Love is a free mobile job search app designed to match job seekers with positions that fit their experience and needs best. Logging in with Facebook, job seekers can search and save, like and dislike jobs they find. The more interaction job seekers have with the app, the more data the app collects to match users with the best opportunities. Jobs You’ll Love makes job searching customizable. Once you input a job title and location, the app researches the user’s online activities on Facebook to search and rank jobs according to relevancy. Over time, that the app actually learns to recognize your job preferences. By selecting “Less Like This” on a job listing, it removes that job and other jobs of that type from your stream, leaving the ones you like to stream in more often. You can even save the jobs opportunities you like to review later, making your job search mobile with your mobile phone. Additionally, Jobs You’ll Love makes job searching shareable. Sharing a job opening through email or your Facebook or Twitter connections is easy way to let friends in a similar profession, industry, or company know that you are interested and could use their help to get connected to employers.
