Kapta started with a simple idea: provide great Employee Performance Management tools and solutions to companies and organizations of all sizes. We wanted to make our employee evaluation systems straightforward and easy for anyone to use not just HR professionals. To have the same great product available to all customers, with no minimums or size thresholds. To make software that didn’t require a team of consultants and techies to implement. At Kapta, we do business a little differently for a software company. Before we launched, we spent six months interviewing over 100 executives to make sure we understood exactly what their performance management problems were and how we could solve them. We purposely built a specific HR application to take the pain out of performance evaluation reviews.
