Locle is a range of mobile applications that let you find your friends on your mobile phone without the need for GPS. It works on SonyEricsson, Nokia, Blackberry, Windows Mobile and iPhone.

Locle lets you update your status and location to Twitter and Facebook and we’ll soon add the same function for several other social networks.

Very active users are offered ‘Serendipity’ – real-time SMS updates about friends that are nearby
