Review Trackers is a SaaS web application that makes it easy for businesses to monitor and receive notifications of new online reviews.
Using proprietary technology, Review Trackers monitors popular review sites relevant to a given business: Yelp and OpenTable, say, for restaurants, or TripAdvisor and Expedia for hotels. Upon user sign-up, Review Trackers collects all previous reviews from the selected review sites and adds these into the customer’s dashboard.
Customers can log into the Review Trackers web and mobile-friendly dashboard to monitor and respond to new business reviews.
Our platform allows customers to search their business reviews by multiple variables such as: source website, number of review stars, review text and date of review. The customer dashboard also includes best practice guides and direct links to respond to the review.
Once we identify new reviews, we notify our customers, so they can quickly address any concerns, solve problems and fix issues identified in reviews left by their customers. Customers can choose to be notified by email, text messages, or within their customer service help desk software; Review Trackers is integrated with a number of these help desks, including Zendesk, Desk.com, and UserVoice.
