SynkMonkey

SynkMonkey is a new social calendar invite that combines calendars + maps + group messaging so that you can easily schedule all of your plans using one app. Create events, invite friends, chat about the event all while automatically saving the event into your phones calendar. Currently, people are forced to manage their calendars and events across a multitude of platforms. Using SynkMonkey, users will no longer need to update a collection of planning applications – with SynkMonkey everything is in one place. In conjunction with the release of SynkMonkey in the Android Market, the company is launching a contest in which users have the chance to win a free iPad or a $500 Amazon gift certificate. Participants need only download the free SynkMonkey app, create an event and invite three contacts, and “like” the SynkMonkey Facebook page, and they are automatically entered in the drawing.
