Once an immigrant visa applicant is interviewed at the U.S. Interests Section, the parole application is transferred to the United States Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS) office in Havana for a final determination. USCIS/DHS reviewed Ms. Febles Garcia's case under the Cuban Family Reunification Parole Program (CFRP) and they exercised its discretionary authority and assessed that she is not eligible to receive the benefit sought and her case was denied. She may come to our offices with the pass given to her the day of her interview, in order to pick up her passport.
There is no appeal process of a parole denial, however, an applicant may send a signed request for reconsideration. We recommend to sent this request as PDF attachment via e-mail or by fax: 833-1084.
Ms. Febles Garcia may be processed under Family Reunification once her F2B visa petition becomes current. At that time, a consular officer will determine if she is eligible for this visa category pursuant to immigration law.

Italian  Non so quale gia la causa ma io non sono tranquillo per Sergio, per cui prego ti appena partito di scrivermi indirizzando a Rio de Janeiri Brazile.
