Wade Jones’s idea ‘Fix the broken job search and hiring process by leveraging irrefutable and available methodologies in a simple people-centric way’ was born in 2007. Wade partnered with Andy Von Kennel to bring the idea to life in October 2010 and TruYuu.com goes live in October 2011. Our human and approachable website brings value to people, recruiters and companies. People pay TruYuu for new ways to express and differentiate themselves professionally. Companies pay us use our “secret sauce” to save them time and money in hunting for high-fit candidates. Our commercial partnerships with SHL (world leader), Burning Glass (industry leader) and a network of marketing partners are all structured for efficiency and scalability. We are funded and project positive cash flow in Q2 2012. TruYuu is headquartered in Dallas, TX with offices in New York, NY and Norwalk, CT.
