tubecast.tv was born of a morning-after-the-night-before habit of laying in bed, watching wacky clips, cartoons and music videos on YouTube and Dailymotion. Aside from the excruciating hangover, the only feeling of hurt experienced was from being forced to choose what to watch next. Why?! Oh, why be forced to reach for the mouse, and search for another episode, all whilst these bloody bongo masters are having the party of their lifetime inside your head?

It seemed that the content was there, however hidden, but the television was not.

tubecast.tv is is an attempt at merging traditional passively viewed television broadcasting with the active nature of the web. Essentially, this means that you can sit back, relax, and enjoy whatever is shown next on your channel of choice. The active nature comes into play with the ‘opportunity’ to rewind, fast forward, pause or skip the current show.
