There are squillions of online music services available as free applications which are easy to use. Redolf Music is just one of them. With Redolf it's just a case of typing in the search box and choosing your song title. Then you can save it in a playlist and have it available later or whenever you want to play it again. Read more

efridge Share your fridge art online
Review posted Mon 16 Jan '12

Sorry for the pun but I’m afraid this  one leaves me a bit cold (Ed - there goes another rib...).  What’s funny is that a lot of apps promote their ability to help you cut down on clutter such as scraps of paper and Post-It notes whereas this one actively encourages you to recreate the same squalid looking mess  on your PC rather than stuck to your fridge door. If you’re a Facebook user you can create an account and set up your own efridge and what’s more you can post notes on any Facebook user’s efridge. Just why you’d want to ... Review posted Mon 19 Dec '11  ·  2 comments

It used to be that the best form of advertising for your movie was purely word-of-mouth. When you saw a movie that you liked you would tell your friends who would tell their friends and so on. The movies became a very social occasion. MovieGoer is a social movie and video sharing app for your iPhone that tries to put the social back into movie going. It uses peer pressure to encourage more people to actually go to the movies rather than catching a film on video.   MovieGoer is a new kind of mobile app that applies social networking ... Read more

CDMessenger Simple chat online
Review posted Sun 18 Dec '11  ·  1 comment

No, this isn't a site that has anything to do with cross dressing and Eddie Izzard at all. The CD refers to Corporate Digital and CDMessenger is a business network purely designed to facilitate inter office communication enabling your staff to instant chat, files transfers, view notice boards and improved collaboration between staff members without any access to any outside communication. Review posted Sat 10 Dec '11

I remember as a kid writing long stories with a fountain pen, adding a few drawings and then binding all the sheets of paper together in brown parcel paper tied down the middle with wool. I was an author at eight years old and nobody was going to tell me any different! It’s funny but I never sold any copies but my mother still has them in a box somewhere and they come out now and again when the subject of me writing for a living comes up, bless! Get the kids reading and writing with comic book fun

Comic Master Create your own comic!
Review posted Sat 10 Dec '11

Well there are certainly some fun ways to get youngsters reading and writing these days and if this one doesn’t get them hooked then I don’t know what will. It could be quite a laugh to use as an adult too if you want to get a point across in a comic style. The mechanics are simple and once you log in you are taken on a step-by step guide to creating a comic strip page complete with characters and text. The first thing you have to do is choose the layout of your page from a selection of boxes and once ...
