Wollage, the social-scrapbook creatively share your...
Review posted Tue 10 Apr '12  ·  3 comments

Scrapbooking was huge during the nineties if I remember rightly but i guess it got rather swallowed up by the social networking phenomena over recent years. Wollage re-activates the scrapbooking theme and brings it up to date with the new century technology by turning it social. Rather than painstakingly sticking photos, precious memories and a myriad of other stuff into your scrapbook and then filing it under the stairs for viewing later by a select few, Wollage brings your collective memories into a social setting by allowing you to create your scrapbook online and then sharing it with friends and ... A real time personal assistant for your Mom

Save The Mom Save the Mom is a family...
Review posted Mon 12 Mar '12

Save The Mom reminds me of one of those sitcoms from years ago where the mom breezed through everything whilst mayhem continued all around her. The mom was untouchable, thoroughly well organized and knew everything that was going on in the house. This organize app for the family (especially working mom's, I guess) helps you manage all the everyday problems like shopping lists, noticeboards, calendar and even a geolocalization tool to keep track of where everyone is and what they are up to. It'll work very nicely on your iPad and iPhone.   Save the Mom is a real-time personal ... Read more

Here at Feedmyapp we try to focus on the groundbreaking or earth shattering apps to review, but just occasionally we have pass across our desk an app that, whilst qualifying for neither of the above accolades, does stand out for what it is...and in this case it is a very simple game. Ten Tension was published on Feedmyapp a few weeks ago, but didn't make it to the review slots. However, as I am STILL playing it now, I thought I might spread the word :-) Read more

I remember as a kid writing long stories with a fountain pen, adding a few drawings and then binding all the sheets of paper together in brown parcel paper tied down the middle with wool. I was an author at eight years old and nobody was going to tell me any different! It’s funny but I never sold any copies but my mother still has them in a box somewhere and they come out now and again when the subject of me writing for a living comes up, bless! Get the kids reading and writing with comic book fun

Comic Master Create your own comic!
Review posted Sat 10 Dec '11

Well there are certainly some fun ways to get youngsters reading and writing these days and if this one doesn’t get them hooked then I don’t know what will. It could be quite a laugh to use as an adult too if you want to get a point across in a comic style. The mechanics are simple and once you log in you are taken on a step-by step guide to creating a comic strip page complete with characters and text. The first thing you have to do is choose the layout of your page from a selection of boxes and once ... Pandamian The Easiest Way To Publish...
Review posted Mon 28 Nov '11  ·  1 comment

It used to be the case that the poor beleaguered novelist out there had to jump through the odd hoop and find a publisher in order to release their masterwork. Not only would it mean another roadblock on the path to glory but it would also mean a percentage of the takings being sliced off. However, the plethora of 'publish your own book' sites that have cropped up over the last few years has begun to change the way it works. Pandamian is a writing and book tool that acts as your publisher by covering all the techical and background ... Read more

Most students seem to meet have a money problem. There's never enough of it. Then there's the money that has to be paid back later. It all adds up. So when it comes to the text books you need to buy for your course it can easily turn into a big problem. You pay a lot of money for them, use them a little bit and then try to sell them back. It would be so much better if you could rent the chapters you want. BookStep is a textbook tool based in the cloud that let's you access the ... Read more
