The ultimate TV management guide

fav.tv The right place for TV shows...
Review posted Tue 17 Jan '12

TV seems to have taken over from the movies as the biggest talk around the water cooler these days. The regularity of a series gets into the psyche of the watching public far more effectively. With so many series being highly complicated to follow the viewer is sucked more and more into a maelstrom of information and snippets of information from friends and many other sources. Miss an episode and you have no idea what's going on - just ask fans of "Lost." Fav.tv is a place for TV tragics. It's a place where you can share thoughts and view ... Read more

Vent and rant about your boss

FMyBoss Show some balls. Give em hell
Review posted Mon 16 Jan '12

Yes you read it correctly. This rather humorous review app is called FMyBoss but in reality its really called F#%£MyBoss. So what's it all about I hear you say? Well it's an app for venting and letting off a bit of steam. FMyBoss is a place you can go to sound off with all your grievances about your boss at work. All the dumb things that do and don't get done, all the stupid things they implement and all the things you zip up about when your boss turns up while you are chatting around the water cooler at tea ... Share your short and precise movie reviews

GINQ Movies social network !!
Review posted Fri 30 Dec '11  ·  2 comments

Ginq certainly looks good, that's for sure. But there are, of course a squillion movie apps around. So what makes Ginq different to all the others? Well, it really is a movie review site that wants to be Twitter. Ginq is a free social movie review app that wants you to review the movies you see. But it doesn't want some rambling account of the allegorical meanings of the director's latest magnum opus. Ginq wants a short precise 160 character assessment of the film that you can share with your friends.   If you are looking for a place to ... Read more

NYC Apartment hunting can cost less

Naked Apartments Renting just got easier!
Review posted Thu 15 Dec '11

Apartment hunting is a scary business especially in NYC. It can also be an expensive business and not only in respect of the rental prices as there is often "Mr Ten Per cent" to consider and he likes his cake at both ends of the transaction. Naked Apartments can go a long way to not only help you find what you’re looking for but in a lot of cases succeed without you having to stump up the broker fees that go with it. Review posted Sat 10 Dec '11

I remember as a kid writing long stories with a fountain pen, adding a few drawings and then binding all the sheets of paper together in brown parcel paper tied down the middle with wool. I was an author at eight years old and nobody was going to tell me any different! It’s funny but I never sold any copies but my mother still has them in a box somewhere and they come out now and again when the subject of me writing for a living comes up, bless! Get the kids reading and writing with comic book fun

Comic Master Create your own comic!
Review posted Sat 10 Dec '11

Well there are certainly some fun ways to get youngsters reading and writing these days and if this one doesn’t get them hooked then I don’t know what will. It could be quite a laugh to use as an adult too if you want to get a point across in a comic style. The mechanics are simple and once you log in you are taken on a step-by step guide to creating a comic strip page complete with characters and text. The first thing you have to do is choose the layout of your page from a selection of boxes and once ... Pandamian The Easiest Way To Publish...
Review posted Mon 28 Nov '11  ·  1 comment

It used to be the case that the poor beleaguered novelist out there had to jump through the odd hoop and find a publisher in order to release their masterwork. Not only would it mean another roadblock on the path to glory but it would also mean a percentage of the takings being sliced off. However, the plethora of 'publish your own book' sites that have cropped up over the last few years has begun to change the way it works. Pandamian is a writing and book tool that acts as your publisher by covering all the techical and background ... Read more
