Create and share scrapbooks with social friends

Wollage, the social-scrapbook creatively share your...
Review posted Tue 10 Apr '12  ·  3 comments

Scrapbooking was huge during the nineties if I remember rightly but i guess it got rather swallowed up by the social networking phenomena over recent years. Wollage re-activates the scrapbooking theme and brings it up to date with the new century technology by turning it social. Rather than painstakingly sticking photos, precious memories and a myriad of other stuff into your scrapbook and then filing it under the stairs for viewing later by a select few, Wollage brings your collective memories into a social setting by allowing you to create your scrapbook online and then sharing it with friends and ... Sworly The pinterest of Music
Review posted Sat 31 Mar '12

One of the saddest things that has happened over the last few years has been the demise of the music store. Gone are the days when you could Wander down to the local record bar, have a chat to the guy behind the counter about his latest faves, listen to a few tunes and walk out with some great music. These days you have to do a lot more work to find some good new music. Sworly is a social music and video share application that could well be a way of making your music searching a little easier by ... Read more

Review posted Thu 29 Mar '12  ·  1 comment

The way it stands at the moment when I find an interesting webpage that I want to hang on to and look at again later with my friends I do one of two things. I'll either save it to the myriad that is Facebook or I'll bookmark it into another myriad of messiness. Meaki turns the whole bookmarking thing on it's head by making it social. It's a microblogging and sharing application where you can collect and share the cool web pages you find and it presents them in a great looking package. It's almost the Flipboard for web pages. ... Remove the dumb comments from web discussions

Talkino Community-guided filtering of...
Review posted Fri 23 Mar '12

If you , like me, are appalled at some of the pathetic and pointless comments that crop up on stories you read on the net then Talkino could well be something that interests you. It allows you to partake in meaningful discussions on stories you are interested in without having to deal with some of the more annoying comments that are often posted. Yes it does seem a little elitist, dare I say snobbish even, but...you know what? There really is a place for it.   The concept of Talkino was designed to finally solve the problem of getting rid ...
