Comprehensive solution for commercial lending

MDC Software.com Commercial Loan Documents as...
Review posted Tue 10 Jan '12  ·  1 comment

Here’s an interesting one if lending money on a commercial basis is your thing. Having said that, it would seem nobody is lending money on a commercial basis if you believe the doom and gloom spread across most of the pink pages these days. That aside, this one looks like a good aide to getting both the processes and paperwork right for the smooth initiation, on-going operation and ultimate repayment of a commercial loan. Anyone who has worked in the industry, and in particular the smaller and perhaps not so blue-chip end of the market will know; documentation can often be the undoing of ... Review posted Wed 4 Jan '12

This one has had some reasonably good user ratings and it’s easy to understand why if you’re one of those people that carry around a wallet that resembles a back-pack. Never mind the cash inside it’s usually all of those loyalty and membership cards that bulk it out meaning that you can no longer slip it inside a back pocket and sit in any comfort.Well, you can now regain your posture with this smart little app that enables you to get the information required on most of your loyalty and membership cards transferred onto you mobile phone. Useful no doubt, but how safe is it?

MonkeyPeanuts.com Manage multiple bank accounts...
Review posted Tue 3 Jan '12

I was tempted to sign up for this one just to see what instructions you get when you do as there is very little to go on from the home page itself.  I decided not to for an obvious reason that we’ll come to later. There are a lot of apps around offering you the opportunity to manage all of your bank and credit card accounts in one place and let’s face it why wouldn’t you if you have a few of them. Spreading your cash (and your debt) is a very good habit to get into but it is a ... Read more

Vikido.com Live - Share - Smile
Review posted Fri 30 Dec '11

Letting your kids loose on the internet must be a worry for any parent. With a range of social networks to choose from it’s not always easy to know just who’s hooking up as a friend and looking at photographs. On the other hand of course you don’t want to deprive youngsters of the pleasure of sharing special moments and at the same time honing some useful computer skills. Doing all of this in the knowledge that the environment is safe and secure is obviously the answer to all of those concerns and Vikido looks like a great place to start your ... Review posted Thu 22 Dec '11

ˈIt’s not what you but who you knowˈ is a phrase that often pops up in connection with people who manage to land a job that to the innocent bystander seems way beyond them. Well this site positively encourages you to use your friends and any influence they may have to get you a job where they work but if you don’t have a Facebook account you can’t, at least for the moment, play along. It might be simplifying it a little I suppose. After all if you wanted a job and needed to ask your friends to put in a good ... Read more

Review posted Wed 21 Dec '11

Worrying about registration and ticket sales should never be the main event of your event and this app looks as if it can solve this problem in a simple to use fashion. Clear and concise step-by-step instructions will give your "do" its own page which can be customized in a number of ways allowing participants to register and purchase tickets online. A brand new form of advertising

GoodBuzz network Buzz is Good
Review posted Thu 15 Dec '11  ·  2 comments

Goodbuzz is the beginning of a brand new form of advertising that's perfect for small businesses, artists and designers who don't have a big budget to advertise their product. It's a form of guerrilla marketing that allows you to create an advert with Goodbuzz and deposit a tip for those who view and spread the message with their friends.  Everyone who then views your advert  gets to split the tip money between them. So your customer wins by viewing the advert and gets paid purely for participating and the advertiser wins as they get to spread their message.   If ... Read more
