Useful no doubt, but how safe is it?

MonkeyPeanuts.com Manage multiple bank accounts...
Review posted Tue 3 Jan '12

I was tempted to sign up for this one just to see what instructions you get when you do as there is very little to go on from the home page itself.  I decided not to for an obvious reason that we’ll come to later. There are a lot of apps around offering you the opportunity to manage all of your bank and credit card accounts in one place and let’s face it why wouldn’t you if you have a few of them. Spreading your cash (and your debt) is a very good habit to get into but it is a ... Read more

Unwanted Christmas presents? Sell them here!

Zuujit Social Marketplace Buy, Sell and Share Online on...
Review posted Fri 30 Dec '11  ·  2 comments

What better time to review an app that promises to turn clutter into cash than just after the majority of us will have had our clutter collection greatly enhanced! Christmas brings some great joy in the shape of presents but it also brings some comical jaw dropping moments when the wrapping paper hits the floor and you’re left with one thought;  "just what were they thinking of?" Zuujit is a social marketplace where you can list any items you want to sell, ship them and get paid for them. And staying with the subject of the season of goodwill it can also ... Read more

Online marketing meets the social network

BeamSnap.com Truly Social Marketplace
Review posted Fri 23 Dec '11

BeamSnap is a revolutionary free online marketplace that utilizes the strengths and advantages of selling sites like eBay and the social interaction of the social networking experience. Here is a marketplace app that provides a platform for it's members to share, buy and sell specific products. One of the best things about BeamSnap is that every product has an equal chance of getting promoted to fellow members and followers no matter whether they are cheap or expensive.   BeamSnap is unlike any other social networking site. What makes it different from sites like eBay and iOffer is that it is ... Read more

Review posted Thu 22 Dec '11

If you are planning on continuing your education next year then you are going to have to think about books. Text books. They can be pretty expensive, can't they? So a bit of pre-planning is required to get the books you need and still have enough to eat and pay the rent. SlugBooks could well be the answer to your problems. Find your textbooks now! This rather useful and intelligent education app offers you the chance to tell them which school and classes you are taking so they can not only tell you which books you are going to need ... A campaign manager all for your fundraising activites

Fundjoy Fundraising Application Suite
Review posted Tue 20 Dec '11

Fundraising can be an awful lot of hard work if you are not well organized. While you could easily wander the streets of your town with a bucket in your hand and a funny costume to wear it's not the most productive way of maximizing your fundraising ability. Personally I must get two or three phone calls a day from very worthy causes asking me to donate. That's one way of doing it but there are plenty of other avenues to pursue. Social networking sites, Skype, SMS, GTalk, mobile phones, email and other fundraising ideas are all fair game and ... Read more

A bridge between entrepreneurs and talented parties

Rock The Post Business social network
Review posted Wed 7 Dec '11  ·  1 comment

There are an awful lot of unfulfilled ideas floating through cyberspace. Unfortunately, there seems to be more ideas being floated than there are entrepreneurial spirits to help them come to fruition. So if you have a brilliant idea it would be rather useful if there was a place you could go where the funding parties congregated. RockThePost is such a place. It is what's known as a business social network and a place where the talented individual (which I guess is you) and the entrepreneurial (and this could also be you) type can touch base to potentially take your Dream ... Changing the way we find and source business opportunities

BeanSprout Find the right partners
Review posted Thu 1 Dec '11

If you’re constantly on the lookout for opportunities to expand and develop your business then no doubt you have experienced all of the joys of cold calling and flogging yourself around conferences and trade fairs. Neither of these solutions represents a cheap option and in a lot of cases won’t even provide a solution but there is a better way to project your businesses requirements to a very wide audience without even leaving your office. MuchEnough Live Online Tutoring,...
Review posted Thu 1 Dec '11

There are quite a lot of sites around matching people who need information to relevant experts and this follows similar lines to a lot of them. In this case though the emphasis is on gaining instruction so if you want lessons in Arabic or mathematics or perhaps would like to know how to create a Wiki you can search and find an instructor willing to teach you online. Being a two-way arrangement it follows then that you can sign up to instruct or sign up to learn. Anyone looking for instruction can search by the tags or enter a subject or ... Read more

Business social network platform for investment

Rock The Post Business social network
Review posted Fri 25 Nov '11

I’ve seen some of the elements available here before but usually on separate sites. This one brings them all together so that people with great ideas can find the partners they need to bring those ideas to fruition. The middle-man is normally a much derided figure in all aspects of business and this site aims to cut him out of the equation altogether (loud cheers!) and act as the bridge that brings the different parts together on a business social network platform.
