Review posted Tue 30 Apr '13  ·  14 comments

If somebody had asked you to get involved with an online social network called Facebook all those years ago do you think you would have taken it any further? If you did, of course, you would probably be sitting pretty right now. So if a new social network was about to start up that has something new to offer and offered you the chance to get involved during the pre-organizational stage, would you be interested? NoteShred The Easiest Way To Send...
Review posted Tue 16 Apr '13  ·  11 comments

We've all heard the classic "Mission Impossible" sound bite where, after the agents have listened to the taped message, it announces that "this tape will self destruct in five seconds." Well, NoteShred is the online equivalent of the time-sensitive message. After you have sent your private note, message or document to the recipient you can decide how long they can have access to it. It ensures that you don't have important or private information isn't just sitting in someone's email in box where it could be access by others.   You might have seen a couple of reviews that FeedMyApp ... An intercom and buzzer system fit for a KIng

Ringo Take control of your...
Review posted Sun 17 Mar '13  ·  131 comments

If you could choose your own sound for your apartment or house buzzer I wonder what you might choose? Personally, I'd go for something like Lionel Ritchie's "Hello" or maybe Anita Ward's "Ring My Bell" but the point is, when the rest of your place is immaculate and built to your specifications,  it would be nice to have a buzzer system that you want rather than the one that comes with your apartment when you take possession of the keys. Ringo is a new phone and security application that not only personalizes your buzzer system but then adds value by ... Read more

Next generation phone communication for smart companies of all sizes

SimpleVox A phone platform for modern...
Review posted Wed 16 Jan '13  ·  3 comments

It never ceases to amaze me that, while virtually every other element of business practices has developed exponentially over the last decade or so, most businesses are still nailed to their expensive and, let's be honest here, rather dated phone systems. I still find it amazing that I can Skype and the person on the other end hears my voice as if I was in the same room and yet, when talking on the phone, it can sound like I'm at the bottom of a mine in Karzakhstan. SimpleVox is a phone platform for modern companies that let's you add ... Read more

Total security for your private files

Prot-On Security, Prot-On
Review posted Thu 29 Nov '12  ·  2 comments

There has been a lot of talk about Internet security and the protection of material and files lately. You only have to look on Facebook over the last few weeks to see a little bit of paranoia creeping into people's lives with countless 'protection of rights' messages being posted. Many from people who should know better because the only way you can have a hope of protecting your Facebook posted material is by changing all your settings to friends only. But it highlights the concern people have with the neverending problem of who gets to see your work. Prot-0n is ... Read more

The bees-knees of negotiating skills

Negotiate It The only app that shows you...
Review posted Tue 16 Oct '12

While I was doing a little background research about this finance tips application it was hard not to see the plethora of mentions of developer Ramit Sethi. It would appear that Mr Sethi, a New York Times best selling author and former Stanford inmate, is the bees knees when it comes to negotiating deals. He runs a blog called I Will Teach You To Be Rich and has now released this monetary guide based on his ability to negotiate his way out of everything from bank fees to car insurance whilst also teaching you how to best negotiate your next ...
