Create, buy & sell in an online marketplace

Kraftwurx Create your own products
Review posted Thu 22 Dec '11

I've had this great idea that I've been mulling over for the last few years to design and make sets of those cool retro flying ducks to hang on the kitchen wall like your grandparents used to have when you were a kid. But where do you sell them? On eBay? Create a Facebook page? Design a website for your product? All those things are good but really, the place you would be most likely to find flying ducks for sale would probably be the weekend market. Kraftwurx is kinda like an online market place where you can create and ... Read more

Review posted Wed 14 Dec '11

Don't you think it's time that we moved on from the humble address book and business card now that we have hit the noughties? I mean, come on people, it's time to move on. If you are anything like me you'll keep all your contact details in various places. Some are on your mobile, some on your computer and some are on sticky post-it notes stuck on your fridge. In fact, here's one in my back pocket. eGroovyContacts is an organize app where you can keep all of your contact details in one handy place and you can access them ... Read more

Mabame Online Journal and Album
Review posted Fri 2 Dec '11

Here’s a great idea, how do you fancy having your own website completely dedicated to your life and how you’re living it? Mabame will give you just that and you needn’t worry, it won’t come up in internet searches for all the world to see. You can of course share it with the friends of your choice but even then you’ll be in charge of what they can and can’t see. Read more

iPad wine menu MOLHO.CO bring your menu to life
Review posted Tue 29 Nov '11

Just a gimmick or the way forward? I’m not sure but then I’m still a lover of paperback books that you can fold in half as you lay on your sunbed next to the pool! I’ve yet to be persuaded about the merits of the tablet when it comes to reading material but that’s just an age thing. This app takes the concept of the electronic book into the restaurant and in particular in respect of the wine menu. With the aid of an iPad or I should say several iPads, depending on the size of your restaurant, you can now ... Read more

Logolance Where the world's top...
Review posted Mon 28 Nov '11

When you consider some of the iconic company logos around today it not often you stop and think about the thought that went into producing them. They simply identify a business without the need to accompany it with the actual name and that says an awful lot for the design skills behind them. Read more

While there is a huge number of social networking related apps of all shapes and sizes I have to admit that I haven't seen one quite like Yumety before. It calls itself a social network for dreamers and you'll see why. Yumety encourages you to write down your wish or dream and connect with others who have similar desires to create opportunities and friendships the world over. Read more

Easily create a website for your restaurant

EZFOODIE The EZ restaurant website...
Review posted Fri 25 Nov '11  ·  3 comments

Any restaurant worth their salt these days has a website (excuse the pun) and there are enough good reasons for that. People hardly buy anything these days without first checking it out on the internet and where to eat is no exception.Anybody travelling any distance to a town or city, maybe for the first time, is also very likely to surf around prior to departure for an establishment that caters both for their taste and their budget (sorry, another pun!).Whether you run a simple diner or hanker after a more fine dining clientele then ezfoodie.com can provide you with a great looking website with all ... It's fairly easy to get access to information about pretty well any city you'd like to know about. The restaurants! The nightlife! The sights! They are all easy to discover whether it be with a tourist guide or an Internet site. But how do you discover the REAL heart of the place?
