If you’re running a small or medium sized business then I think less than $10 a month for a fully supported and grown up accountancy package would be money well spent.

Kashoo really does give you a lot for your money and we’re not just talking billing and expenses management here. A quick look at the very clear and user friendly dashboard will immediately show you that along with aged receivables and payables functions you can get a trial balance, profit and loss and a balance sheet too. You’re accountant’s going to love it.

The great thing about this app is you don’t have to be a bean counter to use it. As long as you can enter the important stuff like invoices and payments and get your bank and credit card statements into the system you’re almost there. Besides, you can allow access to multi-users if you want and let them get on with it whilst you make some money. And as all of the data is kept in the cloud you don’t even have to be in the office to look at it.

From start to finish you’ll get all the tools you need. You can generate great looking invoices, send them in any number of ways and set alerts for when they’re due or overdue. Equally, expenses can be handled with the same ease and logged by category with the relevant tax records updated.

The bits that will excite your accountant, apart from the tax element of course are the bits that excite all accountants. They love a good trial balance, p&l and balance sheet and won’t be disappointed here. In fact a lot of their work should be done for them so their excitement might be short lived when they see their billable hours reducing.

It looks great and has the flexibility to handle multi-currencies and multi-users for no extra cost. If you’re serious about getting your books straight then have a serious look at this one.

Conclusion
I think I’ve said it all really, grown up accounting for a fraction of the price in a user friendly package.
