Plagtracker Plagtracker Info Visit

You used to be able to get away with a bit of plagiarism in your text or document writing but not any more. If you knowingly copy someone else's work the chances are it will be picked up by a program like Plagtracker so it would be wise for you to get there first and check your own work before anyone else gets a chance to. This free writing and education application is specifically designed for students to check their work before handing it in and getting that big red mark on the assignment they've spent so much time on.

In this technological age a plagiarism checker is essential for protecting your written work. A plagiarism checker benefits teachers, students, website owners and anyone else interested in protecting their writing. This service guarantees that anything you write can be thoroughly checked for plagiarism to insure that your text is unique. Plagtracker is a free and easy to use application that helps people to track plagiarism in their text or documents. Its very simple to use. After you upload your 'finished' document it goes through  Plagtracker's algorithm analyzer and it takes just a couple of minutes and your detailed plagiarism report is delivered.  It will show you which parts of your text have matches within the 20million sources available in the database or on the web and where they are to be found. It also shows you the amount of unique content you have in your writing and other useful information. No registration or any kind of payments is required from users and, since it was designed primarily for students and teachers, the whole point of the exercise is to satisfy their educational needs.

Plagtracker is a unique best-in-class plagiarism checker designed specifically for students and teachers but able to be used by anyone wanting to check their written work to see if they have knowingly or unknowingly borrowed text from another article. With many colleges and universities introducing extreme penalties for plagiarism that include failing students, probation, expulsion and in some cases lawsuits it seems foolhardy to not check your work before handing it in even  if you believe it's all your own work. Plagtracker is a free and easy to use educational tool that it would be silly to ignore.

Kate Thanks a lot, I was surprised that it works with foreign languages too Tue 3 Jul '12  ·  Flag
MB I suppose, Kate, that it is simply searching for strings of characters that match, regardless of language? If you wrote, "sjfgn3245jzdsfjweuw82" and it found a match it would flag it...so foreign languages are irrelevant. But, yeah, it does work :-) Wed 4 Jul '12  ·  Flag
