My Dupes: Find your Dupes

And you thought there was only one person out there that looked like you? Not a chance! According to statistics, of the six billion odd people that inhabit this mortal coil there are at least seven that bear more than a passing resemblance to yourself. MyDupes is a photo tool that let's you upload a picture of yourself and be compared to the squillions of people in their database to find your very own bunch of doppelgängers.

Upload a picture of your face on www.mydupes.com – the website will compare your picture with pictures from people all over the world and find your dupes, your duplicates, doubles or lookalikes… Maybe it is someone living on the other side of the world, or a film star in Mexico  or… it could just be your twin.
 

Conclusion
MyDupes is just a bit of fun to play with when you've got some spare time. I can't see there being a practical use for it unless I can submit the picture and get that Tom Cruise body double role in Mission Impossible V. I guess you can always put a friend's picture in as well and convince her that she looks like Cameron Diaz...but without the wonky nose.
