Its an incredibly easy photo design tool  that enables you to make unique, high quality images by using a selection of effects and filters ranging from vintage filters to bolder modern ones. Each filter has its own set of parameters that can be tweaked by the user in real time. Filters can be used in combinations  to the same photo  allowing for almost endless variations. Picfull is ridiculously easy to use. Conclusion
There's not a lot to Picfull. When I say it is a simple photo design tool that is exactly what I mean. Minimalist, easy to use and free. But it delivers far more than you think it will. The effects and filters are interesting and varied - even containing a couple that I hadn't seen before. You literally upload your picture and you can filter till your heart is content. While Picfull is hardly a contender to photoshop it does have the benefit of being incredibly simple to use. Even my mum could produce great pictures. Well...maybe not my mum.
