FloorStyler FloorStyler Info Visit

Never before have their been quite so many home build projects going up around the world. It's probably something to do with the fall in house prices globally that is making it a more sensible plan to adapt or enlarge your present home or knock the place down and start all over again. Either that or it's the plethora of TV shows like the excellent Grand Designs and Design Star that are inspiring people to build their own place. FloorStyler is a superb new floor design application that allows you to lay out your house's new floor plan with a beautiful and easy to use intuitive interface in both 2D and 3D. While it is primarily designed for owners of real estate websites, FloorStyler is so user friendly that anyone can use it easily with confidence.

The purpose of the FloorStyler app is to provide easy means for quick sketching of floor plans in both 2D & 3D with the help of an intuitive user interface! Where this will come in most useful is in a case which needs a basic spatial representation of its rooms - something which cannot be easily comprehended by simply using photos. It can also be used for getting a basic idea if rearangement of the existing furnutire and fixtures is needed. The apparent benefit for owners of real estate websites is that they can attract more visitors with the improved feature of the websites. Floor Styler allows simultaneous processing of up to 15 users and up to 60 projects, supports a rich variety of flooring, objects, walls, shapes, textures and colors. Projects can be exported as JPEG or in PNG images which support the transparency feature. There are 4 product pricing plans – basic, personal, professional and enterprise. The free version of the service supports a single user and one project and the enterprise up to 15 users and 60 projects per month. It is also perfect for owners of interior design and architectural studios with large arrays of projects that need to be quickly and accurately processed. The price of the service is determined by your personal requirements and, after an initial installation fee, you can pay according to your monthly consumption. FloorStyler incorporates a simple and intuitive interface with maximum flexibility and functionality. It uses completely interactive software and with basic operations such as point, click and drag-and-drop to draw plans you can see the results of your actions instantly.

There is absolutely no reason why the smaller interior design studio or real estate professional shouldn't be able to produce the same quality of work as the big guys when looking at this excellent interactive design application. And, with more and more interior designers being sole owners, FloorStyler is available for free if you are working on a single project. That also means that forums regular Joe's who have this plan to transform our own house it's the perfect floor planner to map out what you want to do with the place. I've been having fun with it for days. Even for someone with as little skill as myself, FloorStyler is an easy to use, great looking and very useful floor planning app.
