Everyone loves pandas. MoodPanda is a free interactive mood diary for iPhone, mobile and web browser that can be a benefit to your health and wellbeing as well as beings lots of fun. Many psychologists and therapists suggest that keeping a mood diary can be very therapeutic and can help towards the first steps of treating symptoms of depression, bipolar disorders and even PMS. But it wasn't designed for people fighting depression...it's an added bonus.

Basically, MoodPanda is an online mood diary that the user updates on a daily basis. When the user rates their mood on a 1 to 10 scale in their diary MoodPanda will track and analyze your general mood and create online graphs, charts and lists that compares the user with others online. There are even groups known as "collective happiness groups " that the user can join and compare notes and graphs with others. It's a recording of your life. It can even be used to see what makes the user happy or sad and they can track their moods over the year
