I guess the significant word for this social sharing application  is INTERESTING! You see, ScanThe.Net is a great place to find new content while scanning the net for cool things to share on your social networks. And, in a Twitter-ish or Pinteresting kind of way, you can follow people as well as your interests via keywords and find all sorts of interesting stuff that you might not find through normal channels. You can vote for your best or worst content so you'd better make sure the content you come up with is, at the very least, interesting.

ScanThe.Net encourages you to start scanning the net live and discover new content from all over the web tht you probably wouldn't normally find. It is a search mashup that aggregates results from Flickr, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and a host of other places to find cool stuff that you can share with your friends either in the social area of the app or vis social networks.
Find someone that is uploading interesting content and follow them and see what they share. However, ScanThe.Net makes it more suited to your personal favorites by letting you search and follow your interests meaning that interesting content comes to you via the intuitive search engine. Save your keywords and be updated as new stuff comes up.

ScanThe.Net is a very friendly little place to find good content to amaze your social networking friends but God forbid if you don't post interesting stuff. You remember I said that there is a voting system associated with your posts? Well, what I didn't tell you was that voting can work for you or against you. If you fail to reach a vote of 13 points...you're gone. No questions asked and your post is deleted. A bit Soup Nazi-ish maybe but it does ensure that there is a certain level of relevance for members and visitors. ScanThe.Net is a fun and easy to use app to help find interesting stuff so now you have few excuses.
