This really is a very simple app! But, despite that, it does what it says on the box and gives you an easy way to improve your speed and fluency at reading music, be it in bass clef or treble clef.

You simply select bass or treble and then hit the key on your keyboard to say which note is being shown. The app immediately tells you if you are right or wrong.

A few minutes of this every day and your music reading ability would certainly improve. The goal of every musician is to be able to "sight read" - ie, be able to take a totally new piece of music and play it first time by reading the music - most musicians can tell you what note is what when looking at a musical score, but to be able to do it fluently, at a glance, is the goal!

Conclusion
If you want to speed up your music reading abilities, this app is for you. If you want complexity and bells and whistles, go elsewhere.
