Oh I gettit. Degree 3...to give someone the third degree...social Q&A for your site. It took me a while. There are quite a few feedback tools for websites around. Some of them gather their data with almost subliminal ease while some just go for the jugular. Degree 3 is of the latter persuasion and it's main claim to fame is that it gives your users the easiest way to ask questions and share what they know about your site or product!

It's all about keeping your customers satisfied, I guess, and if changing it to suit their needs is what keeps em coming back...why not?

Web analysis is big business these days. There are so many sites out there pleading fr your business and they are only on click away from getting it. So it makes total sense to optimize what you have and to make if difficult for customers to walk away from your site without being told about your service or product. Given that Degree3 is a free question and answer feedback tool then it as got to be worth considering.
