Don't you think it's time that we moved on from the humble address book and business card now that we have hit the noughties? I mean, come on people, it's time to move on. If you are anything like me you'll keep all your contact details in various places. Some are on your mobile, some on your computer and some are on sticky post-it notes stuck on your fridge. In fact, here's one in my back pocket. eGroovyContacts is an organize app where you can keep all of your contact details in one handy place and you can access them from anywhere you can find an Internet connection. Oh, and with this neat little tool you can also fashion yourself a brand new type of business card.

eGroovyContacts lets you store all of your contact details in one place allowing you to access them from anywhere. Most people have their friends' and customers'  contact details stored in many different places. Whether it be your mobile's internal address book, your email account, or on any number of stray business cards and little scraps of paper, eGroovyContacts organizes all them into one place and at your fingertips whenever you need them. It also let's you construct your online personal card that you can use as a business card for the new millennium. You can build a personalized card that includes all of your contact information which means you don't waste money on personalized business cards anymore that will either get thrown out or lost. In these fast moving times  having a business card is simply not enough.

With so many different ways to be contacted often you need to provide different information to different people. Sometimes you need to include information such as address, instant messaging contacts, links to personal blog, photo, etc. Creating a presence with eGroovyContacts means that you don't have to be restricted by the size of a business card anymore. Why continue to waste time organizing and managing business cards when its this easy to share data with your colleagues, clients and prospects via eGroovyContacts and you will always know how to contact them. Once you have built your card you send it to everyone you know.  It’s a great way to make contact with family members, close friends or business partners you haven't spoken to in a while. Best of all, it doesn't matter if they are personal or professional acquaintances because you can easily decide which of your details to send them.

It's certainly about time we moved on from the humble business card and started sharing information in a way more suited to the time we are in. We use so many electronic devices to make contact with friends, colleagues and customers these days and each has it's own address book so we tend to store contact details in each device as we go. So some will be in your iPad, some in your mobile, some at home on your personal computer and then there's work. Oh and I didn't even mention the plethora of business cards and post-it notes, did I?  eGroovyContacts simplifies all this by letting you share the information you want the individual to see. Your contacts don't even have to have registered themselves to use it. Simple, easy to use and absolutely free. You'll never have to hunt for a phone number again
