MeetingKing 2 MeetingKing 2 Info Visit

We've been saying for some time now that the canny businessperson could run their whole office using only apps these days. And what's more, if you run a small business, it is possible to run the whole thing using apps that will cost you next to nothing. Meeting King 2 is the new version of an excellent productivity application that helps better organize your meetings and make them far more productive. Rather than keeping details of meetings on scraps of paper, using Word or in the meeting minutes, Meeting King provides a place to record the agenda and all the details of online or personal meetings including personnel, agendas and the possible outcomes.

Meeting King 2 quite simply can give you more productive meetings with less effort. It is said that managers and executives spend an average of 25% to 60% of their time in meetings yet only half of those meetings are considered productive. This is often due to poor preparation with little follow-up strategy. This set of useful business tools can bring structure and order to in-person and on-line meetings by helping users to set the meeting agenda, share files, easily write meeting minutes and manage the tasks required. Instead of juggling email, Word, a file sharing service and a task management tool, Meeting King 2 gives you a simple one place solution for complete information and work flow and give better outcomes to your meetings. Users can initiate their meeting info from Outlook, iCal and Google Calendar and the app will import all of the information from the meeting request, copy the list of attendees and even email them information about the meeting - including the agenda. Simply select one of the standard meeting agenda templates (or create your own) and the app will turn the minutes of the meeting into a to-do list as well as keeping track of which individuals are responsible for which tasks. The app actually acts as a management system for all meeting discussions, notes and tasks and uses an intuitive filter and search functionality that makes it easy to find all meetings and tasks - by project, department or by person. Meeting invitees do not specifically need an account as they can receive agendas, minutes and tasks without having to access the app's collaboration platform but participants can easily create a free account to access the meeting and submit agenda topics, share files, provide updates on tasks...not to mention making comments on notes.

I love apps like this one. It's simple, it's easy to use and it doesn't offer more than you need. Meeting King 2 provides a nicely structured, collaborative productivity app that acts as an agenda for your meetings if prepared before the event as well as the minutes of the meeting afterwards. This allows your business to be much better organized and the subjects of your meetings a better chance of getting followed up on and completed. You can attach files and share photos and documents with your fellow participants whether they are Meeting King account holders or not and at less than ten bucks a month for the basic version it is well worth thinking about.
