Blinksale: The easiest way to send invoices online

Blinksale Blinksale Info Visit

For $15 month you can get your invoicing and payment procedures thoroughly organized with the Blinksale app. What’s more you can offer your customers even more payment options by adding on the Blinkpay option but more of that later.

If your sales cycle starts off with an estimate then it’s all covered here. You can raise these via the system, forward them electronically to clients and then collaborate on any issues, amendments or adjustments required. Once a client approves an estimate the system will alert you and the click of a button will turn it into an invoice.

There are a number of ready to use invoice templates available and your logo can be added to any. If you prefer you can customize to them suit your requirements. Multiple currencies are also supported and any recurring invoices can be generated automatically

Send them as a PFD attachment, log a reminder date and leave the rest to Blinksale. A nice friendly touch is included here as well. In addition to sending your customers reminders to pay it will also remind you to thank them when they do. This might appear to be of little importance to some but the best sales opportunities often arise at the time a customer pays.

The dashboard is the central feature of the system and shows an up to date position in respect of invoices, overdue accounts and payments received so you’ll know at a glance how the business is doing.

Now, true to my word a note on Blinkpay. This app, at $9 at month, is available as an add-on and will give customers the flexibility to pay by credit card. Integrated right into Blinksale, customers can access a payment page directly from a link on your email invoice and pay. The money is deposited the day the payment clears and according to the site is subject to low card processing rates.

Conclusion
A simple invoice and payment solution that will organize and standardize procedures that were historically a bit hit and miss.
