We have reviewed quite a few wedding planning applications in the past but most of them have been geared towards the amateur enthusiast or even the bride and groom themselves. This one, however, is a much more complete planner for the professional or entrepreneurial businessperson. WedPlanner Pro is an all encompassing application that gives you the tools to plan everything from contracts to budgets and wedding checklists to reception checklists to ensure that both clients and vendors are catered for. This simple yet powerful app gives you all the organizational capabilities for you to provide a wedding that your bride and groom will never forget - for the right reasons.

WedPlanner Pro is anew app that gives you the tools to stay organized in your wedding planning business. The ease and simplicity of this set of wedding planner tools allows you to plan budgets as well as creating time lines and checklists for your clients and vendors to ensure that everyone knows what they are doing all the time. WedPlanner is a web-based wedding planner with no need for downloads and no need to install any software on your computer. It is accessible from anywhere and on any device where there is an internet connection. The first thing you must establish, after you have made contact with your potential client, is to draw up and get signed a wedding contract and take a deposit. WedPlanner Pro provides a contract template just in case there is a 'worst-case scenario' and the wedding doesn't go ahead - possibly leaving you out of pocket. All your clients are given a digital file with a photo attached and holds all the information for that particular client. On the budget page of your client file you can easily chop and change budgets right until till the day of the event without having to go near a  need for a messy 'cut and paste' spreadsheet. You can create a complete timeline for each vendor including details that cover every minute down to the last half hour. You can also create a master timeline. When you assign vendors to a client you are creating a digital vendor card that you can then place inside your client’s file. This card can hold notes and instructions to the vendor and files like invoices and photos with detailed lay out instructions.

If there is one thing that you have to be when planning a wedding for someone else and that is to be supremely organized. This is probably the most important day in your bride's life and it really only takes one major error to ruin your reputation as a wedding planner so it is essential to get it right and make sure that everything runs smoothly for your bride and groom. WedPlanner Pro gives you all the information and timelines at your fingertips using checklists that hold the budget, contracts, info about the rehearsal and the ceremony itself a swell as the reception afterwards. If you are a small time entrepreneur just helping out a friend then the app will only set you back US$9 per month but if you are a professional wedding planner with unlimited clients it clocks in at a very reasonable US$19 per month.
