Wow! When someone said "get a room" I didn't know this is what they meant. IMeet Video Conferencing isn't a dingy room in a backstreet hotel though. It's a penthouse apartment at The Ritz. iMeet is a low bandwidth video conferencing for business which isn't free but is so far ahead of the opposition it's well worth the US$39 for what it serves up.
Basically, you get your own meeting room online. Just talk through your computer from anywhere in the world or connect to any phone or mobile device at no extra charge. Invite guests – up to 15 at a time. It’s free for them with no downloads or headaches and you can see who you are talking to at all times. All participants have their own 'cube' which comes with its own webcam and glows when they offer words of wisdom. To find out more about them just click on a guest to see their bio and photos. As a business chat video tool it is ideal for presentations. Kick things off with a cool video or great pics. Or dive right in to your awe-inspiring presentation deck. With iMeet®, it’s painfully simple to share just about anything including your emails.
iMeet looks like a million dollars. It's fast and efficient and seems to tick all the boxes for a business web conferencing video tool. I love the clinical and very businesslike look of the site and the fact that everyone gets their own cam and it's very cool that their cube glows when they speak. The big argument is why pay for this video conferencing site as opposed to using other cheaper or even free sites? The answer is...it's better.
