Take the hassle out of conference room bookings

Roomzilla Effective and easy to use...
Review posted Sun 9 Aug '15

You wouldn't think that there would be too many problems in managing physical conference room reservations, would you? One would figure that you just invite people after checking their schedules and then find a room and work out a convenient time for everyone. There are even models in Outlook and Google Calendar that work on that system. Unfortunately, it's not always that simple. What tends to happen is that some rooms get double booked while others remain empty - causing frustration on all sides. After years of testing, a company in Cambridge, Massachusetts has put together a faultless, cloud-based solution ... Read more

Romance lets the app grow fonder

2gether app The app that improves love...
Review posted Sun 28 Jul '13's a beautiful thing. It's claimed that this 2gether application was "born to decrease the number of divorces." Well, I'm not so sure about that but it is certainly an app that encourages better communication between partners wherever they may be. The delightfully named 2gether provides an intimate place for lovers to share thoughts, photos, moods and calendars as well as a "Tamagotchi" style in-app plant that the lovers have to nurture and flourish to keep it, as well as your relationship, fresh and alive.   2gether app is an intimate space designed for growing your relationship with your better ... Move into the 21st Century with this next gen lesson planner for teachers of all kinds.

Common Core Lesson Planner Education App of the Year 2013
Review posted Mon 22 Apr '13

The image that immediately comes to mind when thinking of planning and preparing teaching lessons is of the kindly teacher, laboriously trudging through large amounts of paper and mapping out the direction of the upcoming lesson. Oh, hang on...that was a Dickens book i was reading. Well, its either that or you can update it to the 20th Century by imagining the same scenario with its modern day equivalent - Excel spreadsheets and Word documents. Now it's time to move on from those efficient but bad old days and move into the next generation of lesson planning. Common Core is ... Read more

A simple, flexible and personalizable calendar for your renting website

AvailabilityCalendar Need an availability calendar...
Review posted Wed 17 Apr '13

There are some apps that are quite complicated and are packed with features - many of which you will never use, I might add - and then there are others that have a single purpose and get the job done. AvailabilityCalendar sits nicely in the latter basket. This simple to use app is one of those that you either want or don't want. If you want a calendar to pin on your website so people can check the availability of something you are renting out then it doesn't get a lot simpler or a lot better than this one. This ... A high quality appointment scheduler where clients can book themselves in

BookerLooker Online Appointments Easy Way
Review posted Tue 9 Apr '13

I still find it quite amazing that so many businesses still use a pen and paper when booking appointments for customers - especially when there are online appointment schedule applications like BookerLooker available. Many will say its a costing problem and they can't afford it while others will say that they are too complicated to set up and maintain. So, how about if I said to you that I could find one that not only lets your customers book their appointments whenever they wanted and pick a time that suited both parties. And then how about if I told you ... Read more

Review posted Thu 20 Dec '12

I wonder how many of you know what's going on in terms of entertainment in your city tonight. You'll probably think you have a pretty good idea but it's actually fairly difficult to get a grip on the multitude of events that are happening every night in a major city unless you buy an evening newspaper, the local 'whats on' guide and then check a few local Internet sites. Wikido is a very flexible  geolocalization-based entertainment search engine that hunts down all the entertainment in your city from countless websites whether it be a concert, a rodeo or sports event. ... A more social free schedule and reminder app Track your friends in the...
Review posted Thu 30 Aug '12 is a schedule and reminder application for mobile that will ensure that you and your friends will never forget an event again, that's for sure. So why is it different to all the other scheduling apps available? Well, adds a social element to proceedings and can even use Facebook and Twitter to give you a constant reminder of events you might want to get involved in with your friends. You can track your friends' future plans and add photos (before and after the event, if you like.) In reality, acts as a virtual calendar where you can ... Read more

Review posted Thu 16 Aug '12

It used to be your local paper or phone book that you went to when you needed a local tradesman or service but sadly, the local paper probably went out of business and the days of the phone book are well numbered. So how do you connect with skilled people in your local community these days? Online, that's how. Skillendar is a community social network application that lets you look into your own neighborhood to find services and skilled tradespeople that might not have a Main Street shop at their disposal but have all the skills to complete the job ...
