Change the way you interact with people and events online

Why.Not? Why.Not? Lets go change the...
Review posted Sat 29 Aug '15

I guess that, if you had to nail Why.Not? down, you could call it spam in reverse. But there's a big difference between this new social networking app for Android and old school information sharing. Here, you have total control over the content and information that you access and interacting with. Why.Not? let's us see all the interesting events and people that surround us but gives you the opportunity to see them on our terms and under our control. What's more, you can deal with your interactions immediately because they are only visible for one day. Unless you want to ... Read more

A community to help your crowdfunding campaign that fits nicely between concept and Kickstarter

Ventrifuge You Built That.
Review posted Sat 6 Dec '14

We all love creative types, don't we? Their minds work in such a way that they can pluck an idea out of the sky and change our lives a little bit with their innovative gadgets and inventions. Many of these people are paid well and have teams to collaborate and expand their original concept. There are, however a growing band of budding entrepreneurs - who are getting younger and younger, I might add - that don't have the vast resources to develop this great lightbulb moment that they want to develop. Where do they find other like-minded individuals with the ... Read more

A better way to monitor your website for downtime

Pingometer #1 Website Uptime Monitor
Review posted Sat 22 Nov '14

So, you've probably spent weeks and months diligently putting your website together with everything from your latest brand information to ecommerce sales. You probably think that you can relax a bit now and let the website do all the work. Uh-huh? That's a really dangerous thing to do. If something goes wrong with your website and there is downtime, you might not just lose a few sales while it isn't working. There's little more frustrating for the potential customer than a website that doesn't work efficiently and, chances are, those people won't be back. Pingometer is a top notch website ... Read more

Create a social network to show off your selfies in real-time

Whese Simplest way to find out what...
Review posted Sun 31 Aug '14

If someone asks you whether you've been 'whese-ing' these days, you might be mistaken into thinking that they were inquiring about your health. However, there's another use of the word that has less to do with the state of your health and more to do with your state of your social selfie. Whese is a new, free photo-sharing application for iOS that throws the word 'whese-ing' into our online vocabulary. This simple to use, real-time app is ideal for the serial selfie taker and allows users to share every moment of their lives with their Whese friends. Add a few ... Read more

Hellfie social networking photo
Review posted Tue 25 Mar '14

We all have bad days from time to time but sometimes they are difficult to put into words. Sure, you can tell your friends that you woke up with a bad headache and the cat had thrown up in the kitchen and you missed the train to work but it does seem like a bit of a whinge when you see that on your favorite social network first thing in the morning. As the old saying goes...a picture tells a thousand words. Hellfie is a photo sharing app that turns into a social network for those moments when only a ... Read more

Anonymous opinions about people you might know

Tittat Tittat is an opinion sharing...
Review posted Wed 18 Dec '13

Tittat is an opinions sharing application with a bit of a difference. Rather than being one of the many apps available that test how people feel about things, Tittat deals with people. To my mind, this iOS application is a three-pronged trident. It's a place where you can go to see what people are saying about you or the people that you know. Where it could come in even more useful though, is by telling you things about someone you've just come in contact with or are just about to meet. Do they have a dodgy background? Have they been ... Review posted Tue 14 May '13

Now... if only our day-to-day lives could be organized this well. Imagine how brilliant it would be to sort out the important from the not-so-important and be able to box up different parts of our lives and then have wise people whisper to us the things we could be missing out on. Well, that may not be so easy in the real world but online is a different story. theneeds is a news networking application that makes your whole Internet experience less cluttered and more intuitive by compartmentalizing the best and most important stuff on the net just as you ... GlobAllShare: Social Network of the future The best way to earn and share
Review posted Tue 30 Apr '13

If somebody had asked you to get involved with an online social network called Facebook all those years ago do you think you would have taken it any further? If you did, of course, you would probably be sitting pretty right now. So if a new social network was about to start up that has something new to offer and offered you the chance to get involved during the pre-organizational stage, would you be interested? You'd be crazy not to look at it. GlobAllShare claims to be the future of social networking. It also offers the chance for early subscribers ... Read more

Add awesome networking to your business arsenal

Musubi Become Unforgettable
Review posted Thu 11 Apr '13

There are plenty of businesses where customers virtually demand to have an ongoing relationship. By that I mean occupations like real estate agents, networkers and financial advisers. It's almost as if your client is sitting on the phone waiting for your call and, if they don't get it, they are either going to be mighty peeved at you for not keeping in touch with them or they will take their business elsewhere. Either way you can lose a good client for life or, at the very least, a sale. Musubi takes the difficulty out of relationship building and gives you ... Read more
