Sendltz is a free, cloud-based iOS and Android application that enables you to send, share and store photos, videos and documents and share them across any of your devices. Nothing too unusual about that, you might say? In the past FeedMyApp has reviewed some terrific and similar apps to this one, including Book My Cloud and iFrame Browser, but the difference here is that, with Sendltz, the size of the download can anything up to 2GB per file with a massive 1TB personal storage space available in the cloud. This lets you keep a copy of your important files in ... Read more

Bring out the Wallace and Gromit in you with stop motion

Review posted Thu 21 Feb '13

Well here is a very pleasant surprise. photo2video is the underwhelming name of this new and unique stop-motion video app that will delight and amaze you and your friends alike. This rather plain looking app with the even plainer name appears to be nothing more than a simple photo editing app but what lies inside its inconsequential outer package is far more interesting. With this simple yet rewarding app you can capture a set of photos and create your very own stop motion short movie and, just maybe, set you on the way to become the next Martin Scorsese or ... Nitrogram Explosive Instagram Marketing
Review posted Fri 15 Feb '13  ·  11 comments

After the last US election, Barack Obama's chief strategist David Axelrod's skoffed when it was suggested that his boss had made a gaffe when talking about a particular sensitive subject in an off the cuff interview. At this level of Government, Axelrod stated, nothing is done by accident and every word and nuance is planned to the nth degree. You can also use this logic to produce a perfect marketing and advertising campaign. Businesses that use Instagram as an advertising medium now have a new set of analytical and marketing tools to boost their coffers.   Given that Instagram now ... Read more

Now here is a spellbinding new photo and video application for iOS 5 that will truly bamboozle and amaze your friends when you unleash it on them for the first time. Cycloramic is a great that lets you take panoramic 360 degree videos and photos totally hands free. Whereas users who have already upgraded to iOS 6 have the benefit of the Panorama mode, Cycloramic does the same thing for iPhone 5 by allowing you to set it down upright on a smooth surface and watch as it gently spins on its base and takes smooth flowing film as it ... Your local Main Street retailer isn't going to like hearing this but there are an awful lot of items that can be bought at much cheaper prices in other countries rather than at your local shopping complex. And while it may not be particularly good for the local economy, if you spent a bit of time shopping around online you can probably find your item at a better price in a store in a different country. The problem is, though...how do you get hold of your item after you've found it? PriceItBuy takes your online shopping social by connecting you ... Read more

Whenever I talk with my friends who are big users of the social photosharing site Instagram I always get the feeling that they feel a bit let down by the lack of features available to them. It's probably One of the reasons that many switched their affections towards Pinterest instead. Sure, they've added a Facebook-like cover photo and created user profiles recently but some of the biggest complaints are generally regarding the inability to see your followers and the people you follow, as well as general search and share options. Share.me is a free application that works in conjunction with ... Read more

The last third of Cameron Crowe's much maligned minor classic movie "Elizabethtown" features a lengthy road trip for Orlando Bloom's character Drew. It's a fabulous and classic road trip that he undertakes and one that has inspired many to take that same trip. The travel story is mapped out beautifully by his new friend Claire and takes him from from Louisville Kentucky down to New Orleans via all sorts of fascinating places on the way. Gazettr is a new travel application that draws on the same passion and enthusiasm that Claire's road trip gave to Drew. It's a place to ... Read more

Color Thief Transfer colors from one...
Review posted Sun 6 Jan '13  ·  2 comments

Some might call this photo app rather shallow. After all, it really only does one thing. The thing is, this one thing that Color Thief does - to transfer and repaint one picture with the color of another - actually works really well. The app is simple to use and allows you to take your rather dull original photos and 'steal' the more vibrant colors of a second photograph to turn them into something completely different.   We all have a few photos sitting in our mobile photo albums that aren't particularly vibrant and interesting. Some may be downright dull ... Read more

Backup your Instagram photos before they get lost forever

Grambacker Backup your Instagram photos...
Review posted Thu 3 Jan '13  ·  1 comment

One thing that has become blatantly obvious since the great Instagram faux pas is that virtually no one reads the terms and agreements they agree to online. They are too long and convoluted and most people just can't be bothered. Did you know, for example, that if your precious Instagram photos are lost or taken down they could be gone forever with no liability to the company. They could well be the only copies of the photos that you have and when they are gone...they are gone! The excellently named Grambacker application comes in very handy here by automatically saving ... Read more
