A new, easy and provocative way of writing a personal diary or journal

Askt App Journal by daily questions
Review posted Sat 26 Apr '14

You might have seen a review that FeedMyApp posted recently for an app called BooksTo.Me. In it, it was mentioned how posting daily Instagram photos has become the new diary for many people and how it was a convenient way of documenting your life. The diary concept has all but disappeared for many these days, but with so many popular online versions available as well as the plethora of personal blogs and journals, it’s obvious that many have a hankering to document their daily activities. But anyone who writes on a daily basis will know that the hardest sentence to ... Read more

The Internet has certainly changed the way we live but who would have thought that it would change the way we speak, too? Im sure that, by now, everyone knows full well that LOL means Laugh Out Loud but it gets a bit challenging when you are presented with SEO's and FML...and we haven't even thought about LMFAO - maybe we shouldn't go there just yet. If I said the words clipart to you the chances are you going to flip the page and have a look t something else. Clip art apps and sites are 'two-a-penny' aren't they? Just Google one and you will find pretty well what you are looking for straight away. Some will be free and some will require a royalty fee to be paid. Most people aren't keen on the idea of paying for clipart so there is a lot of potential for an app like this one. i2Clipart is an online sharing network that lets users create, share and download ... Gablit is a new entertainment and recommendation, social search engine, born out of London a few years back, when three entrepreneurial types realized one night when they had lost their mobile phone, that trying to find the best entertainment available was turning into a full time job. They decided to develop this classy, informative, localized entertainment guide that encourages entertainers to promote their event and  gives the audience a place to find out everything that is going on around them or wherever they are planning on visiting.   Gablit solves a problem that people often find themselves having to deal ... After the last US election, Barack Obama's chief strategist David Axelrod's skoffed when it was suggested that his boss had made a gaffe when talking about a particular sensitive subject in an off the cuff interview. At this level of Government, Axelrod stated, nothing is done by accident and every word and nuance is planned to the nth degree. You can also use this logic to produce a perfect marketing and advertising campaign. Businesses that use Instagram as an advertising medium now have a new set of analytical and marketing tools to boost their coffers.   Given that Instagram now ... Read more

Review posted Wed 6 Jun '12  ·  97 comments

The concept behind this free social writing and sharing application came originally from the Japanese phenomenon known as ‘Keitai Shousetsu‘ – literature distributed through texting. But instead of texting, the writers of Movellas publish their novels, diaries and poems online and one chapter at a time. Itt gives you access to thousands of stories instantly that you can read via iOS, tablet or e-reader and then interact with the author and fellow social friends about their stories or writing in general. If you are a writer,  Movellas gives you a great place to display your skills and enthrall other readers. ... Read more
