It helps you to count, track and increase your average Alcohol Free Days (AFDs) and in doing so improve your lifestyle. Unlike some drinking and calorie diaries, the Alcohol Cutdown Coach doesn't ask you to remember and write down every drink you have - it's much easier than that. You simply enter each day whether or not you achieved an AFD. Of course the onus is on the user to be sensible on days that they do choose to drink!!
