It’s difficult to know where to start reviewing this one given the sheer number of apps available on one site. The best way perhaps is to imagine a perfect world where every possible aspect of running your business is covered by an easy to use application and then see how it stacks up against it.

Your business will go nowhere without selling something so the vital element of capturing and converting leads is key to success. With all the bases seem to be covered letting you record, assign to a member of the team, plot follow up actions and generally squeeze the opportunity until it becomes a customer. Once converted of course all of the information captured forms the base of the customer’s account.

With a project underway you can streamline all of the associated tasks and even view all current jobs in one platform. Templates are available along with a timesheet and invoice generator ensuring you don’t miss billing your customer. You can also give customers access allowing them to monitor progress.

The invoicing app allows you to raise professional looking invoices, send reminders and also get paid through the likes of PayPal or Google Checkout. Other functions included in the financials section cover customer payments and sales receipt reporting.

On-going marketing plans can be managed through including email campaigns, free trials and promotions. Sales can also be increased by an automatic product feed to Google Merchant Center.

Keeping on top of customer service issues, and equally as important staff issues, can be made easier with apps for each. With all of the information in one place, dealing with customer concerns can be streamlined meaning delays in responding won’t compound the issue. As for staff, all personal records, job specs and access rights can be controlled from one place.

With other apps covering inventory, logistics and website management plus one that will even assist with any proposed fundraising, will have something that most businesses will find useful.

This site seems to have every aspect of good business management covered with the exception of one thing. With all of the tools to monitor invoicing, payments and inventory available I can’t see anywhere on the site where these figures can be translated into a P & L and balance sheet. The guys from are welcome to point out my blind spot if there is one and I dare say another accounting function could be integrated.
