BillGrid is one of the latest expense and invoice apps working in the cloud to make life easier for freelancers and small businesses. All the features you’d expect are included and they’re all set out on very good looking and simple to use pages.

Recognizing that the target market usually needs to provide estimates before moving on to invoicing, the app has the ability to raise and send these electronically. Queries and amendments can be made and acceptance similarly signalled online.

Estimates can be instantly converted into invoices or if you need to raise a completely new document it can be done easily with the intuitive interface allowing you to add line items and the relevant sales tax. Repeatable items can be saved to speed up the process next time round and any recurring invoices can be set up to generate automatically.

All expenses incurred can be entered into the relevant client account and just like estimates can be converted into an invoice in seconds. When generating any invoice you have the option to set reminders for clients who fail to pay on due date.

BillGrid makes it easy to manage clients and by clicking on a name in the list you can see a detailed breakdown of activity, what is owed and raise an account statement if necessary which again can be sent via email.
