Bold is a mobile app that helps people change the way they think. Millions of people suffer from poor mental health and self-defeating mindsets. Bold has tools that can teach people how to improve their mindsets. Specifically, the app can help people reduce their negative thinking, while also helping people create new, positive thought patterns.
I wanted to make this app because I struggled with my mental health for many years, and I know how difficult it can be. There are tools out there to help people but they're not always easy to access. I hope that Bold can help serve those people without easy access.
The app's community is small but growing. We have about 500 monthly active users, and 200 weekly active users. There's also a small but passionate group on instagram, who share their daily gratitudes with the world. It's an amazing thing to see.
I would encourage everyone to check out Bold, even if you do not struggle with your mental health sometimes. For example, did you know that people who practice gratitude each day will recover from illness more quickly than those who don't?
