Your customers can also get in on the act and log in to view their upcoming bookings. The page also gives them another opportunity to pay online so if the booking function didn’t persuade them to part with their cash you might strike lucky here.
I like both the look of this one and the fact that it will allow you to ditch some out-dated processes. You can now finally get rid of the heavy desk diary and the need to pin printed work schedules to the staff noticeboard. What’s more the telephone might be a bit quieter too.
