The idea came to us as avid travelers, and as dieters who have struggled with weight loss while on the road. We are hoping to help change the way people eat to live healthier lives in a realistic way. We have a severe health crisis in the US, and we deeply believe that this can help provide an important solution to the problem of sticking to one’s diet.
HowUdish launched its innovative app in October 2017 and already has over 1000 customers who have downloaded the app to assist with their goals to maintain their lifestyle and stay true to their health objectives. Our hope is to continue to expand our feature set and presence in order to be an easy and behind the scenes part of anyone’s life.
