By downloading this free application and registering with your respective community, landlord or service department you are able to collect data, include photographs and automatically share the results with back-office systems and people.
While this application is designed for smartphones and tablets, users are able to also log and track their incidents using the online browser-based application which is also free to use in conjunction with this application.
The back-office team uses an online control centre application to analyse submitted incidents, assign them a priority, notify the service team if required and provide feedback to you the submitter of the incident.
As a result, we make it possible for companies to track, analyze, and continuously improve processes around the handling of incidents that are being logged on NotifyUs.
