I'm sure that, by now, all of you are aware of the mobile gaming phenomena known as Pokemon GO. It is so popular that, since its release in July, releasing company Nintendo went from 24th up to 6th in the LikeFolio Top50 and right now they are getting more Twitter mentions than Microsoft, Amazon, Netflix and Facebook because of it. Pretty impressive, id say!. Pokemon GO has been hailed as a revolutionary development because it heralds a new generation of 'augmented reality' games onto the market. So far, GO has generated over 500 million downloads worldwide. It was only a matter of time, I guess, for a companion app to come onto the market to entice the almost 10 million US players who play the game on a daily basis.

PokeLogs is a new app for iOS where users can share photos of discovered Pokémon while navigating seamlessly to and from the GO app using a built-in feature. When you come across a Pokémon while in GO mode you can quickly take a photo of the target with your camera before flipping over to PokeLogs. Head for the dashboard and the New Log button and you can generate a new Log with a title, description, and your recent photo. You can even add a cool filter effect if you like.
