Rep Up is a simple but powerful app that helps you focus on your workout by counting your reps for you.
It's totally transparent technology, you don't need to keep checking your phone or watch display. Just turn on the count detection and it will tap (watch) or vibrate (phone) every five reps. If you want to set a manual goal you can do that too. It will even reset the rep counter automatically when it detects a break. You only stop the count detection once you've completed your workout.
The technology is built after over a year of independent research and works for almost all body movements. Even movements where your hand or arm move slightly, for example leg ups, push ups, squats and others, are recognised.
You need iPhone with an armband or an Apple Watch to use Rep Up.
