Step 1 – Your Custom Review Page
After creating a Free Trial account you will get your own Branded Review Page. We setup your page but every aspect is completely customizable. You can even use your own URL, ex. YourDomain.com/review.
When a customer visits your page they will choose to leave a positive or negative review. The positive selection goes to their selected platform. You decide which platforms to include, i.e. Google, Yelp, Facebook, even your own website’s review system. Negative review selections go to a form they fill out which is submitted to you, giving you the opportunity to correct the issue.

Step 2 – Generate Reviews
Send your existing customers to your review page by emailing them a request for a review. You can use your own email platform or you can utilize the simple automated platform within your dashboard.

Step 3 – Monitor Your Results
With this feature you can monitor all reviews as they happen. It does not matter if they come through your branded page or not. You can share positive reviews on all your social network profiles with one click and you can immediately respond to negative ones.
