It's a compassionate place where we can give and receive advice about the state of our mental health and try to find ways of improving it. Nothing is off the table and users can discuss all the things that are making life difficult for us. This means everything from depression to bipolar disorder, loneliness to anxiety, anger management to PTSD and stress to eating disorders - plus everything in between. It also deals with everyday issues like family and relationship issues, health and nutrition, substance abuse and religion and finance and our sex lives. In fact, pretty much the whole gamut all under the one roof.
